No. NestZim does not collect rent, deposits, viewing fees, or lease payments on behalf of tenants or landlords. Always verify the property and agree payment terms directly with the landlord or agent.
Create a landlord or agent account, choose a listing plan if required, and add your property details with photos and location. Listings are reviewed before going live.
Browsing and enquiring on NestZim is free for tenants. Landlords and agents may subscribe to listing plans — see our pricing page for platform fees only.
Visit the property in person, verify ownership or agency mandate, never send money before viewing, and report suspicious listings to NestZim support.
