NestZim Terms of Use
Important platform notice
• NestZim is a property discovery, listing, and communication platform built to make homes and rental opportunities more accessible to everyone.
• NestZim is not a landlord, tenant, estate agent, property manager, broker, escrow provider, payment intermediary, guarantor, insurer, or party to any lease or rental arrangement between Users.
• NestZim does not collect, hold, transfer, release, refund, guarantee, recover, or facilitate rent, security deposits, viewing fees, key money, utility payments, damages, lease charges, or any other payments between Tenants, Landlords, Agents, or other Users.
• Any lease, viewing, inspection, deposit, payment, occupation, handover, repair, rent increase, eviction, refund, or dispute is agreed and handled directly between the relevant Users, at their own risk and under applicable law.
• Before signing any agreement or making any payment, Users must independently verify identity, authority to let the property, property condition, lease terms, payment instructions, and written receipts.
These Terms of Use (Terms) govern your access to and use of the NestZim website, mobile application, and related services operated by Fignoc Technologies and its associated parties through the NestZim product (NestZim, we, us, or our). By registering, browsing, listing, messaging, paying NestZim fees, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform. These Terms are intended to be legally binding. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.
1. Definitions
In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
• Account means a registered NestZim user account.
• Agent means a User who acts, or presents themselves as acting, as a real estate agent, estate agency business, broker, letting agent, or property professional in relation to a Listing.
• Applicable Law means all laws, regulations, court orders, regulatory requirements, licence conditions, and legally binding rules that apply to a User, Listing, property, payment, tenancy, or use of the Platform.
• Content means text, photographs, videos, documents, reviews, messages, contact details, Listing information, and other materials uploaded, submitted, sent, or displayed through the Platform.
• Landlord means a User who lists, advertises, or offers property for rent, whether as owner, lawful lessor, authorised representative, or another person with authority to let the property.
• Listing means a property advertisement, post, profile, description, image, price, availability information, or related rental content placed on or through the Platform.
• NestZim Fees means subscriptions, advertising fees, promoted listing fees, verification fees, service fees, or other amounts payable to NestZim for Platform features. NestZim Fees do not include Rental Payments.
• Platform means www.nestzim.co.zw, any NestZim mobile application, web application, dashboard, messaging tools, listing tools, APIs, customer support channels, and related services.
• Rental Agreement means any lease, tenancy agreement, licence to occupy, viewing arrangement, deposit arrangement, payment arrangement, repair agreement, handover arrangement, or other agreement between Users relating to a property.
• Rental Payments means rent, security deposits, holding deposits, viewing fees, agency fees, utility payments, damages, key money, maintenance charges, penalties, refunds, or any other amount payable between Users in relation to a property or Rental Agreement.
• Tenant means a User who searches for, enquires about, views, applies for, rents, or seeks to rent property through or after using the Platform.
• User means any person or entity that accesses or uses the Platform, including Tenants, Landlords, Agents, property managers, representatives, and visitors.
2. NestZim's role and mission
NestZim's purpose is to make homes and rental opportunities easier to find, compare, and access by providing technology that helps Users publish Listings, discover properties, and communicate with one another.
NestZim provides a digital venue. We do not own, manage, inspect, value, insure, warrant, lease, sublease, sell, or control any property listed by Users unless NestZim expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific property.
NestZim is not a party to any Rental Agreement. We do not negotiate lease terms for Users, decide whether a property should be rented, approve rent amounts, supervise handovers, enforce leases, collect arrears, conduct evictions, or decide disputes between Tenants, Landlords, or Agents.
No User may represent that NestZim has approved, guaranteed, endorsed, or taken responsibility for a Listing, property, payment request, Rental Agreement, Landlord, Tenant, Agent, or other User unless NestZim has expressly confirmed this in writing.
3. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an Account or use transactional features of the Platform.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Zimbabwean law or the law that applies to you.
• If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, partnership, trust, estate, agency, owner, or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation and to submit information on its behalf.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
• NestZim may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a User is ineligible, has provided false information, poses a safety or fraud risk, or has breached these Terms.
4. Accounts and security
• You are responsible for all activity under your Account, whether or not authorised by you, except where the activity is caused solely by NestZim's breach of these Terms or Applicable Law.
• You must keep your login details, one-time passwords, devices, email address, and phone number secure and must not share them with others.
• Each person or entity may hold only one active Account unless NestZim gives written approval. Duplicate, misleading, or impersonation accounts may be removed.
• Your registered phone number and email address must be unique, accurate, and reachable by you.
• You must notify NestZim immediately at support@nestzim.co.zw if you suspect unauthorised access, account misuse, impersonation, or a security incident.
• NestZim may require additional authentication, verification, or account recovery steps before restoring access or allowing sensitive changes.
5. User categories and responsibilities
All Users are responsible for their own decisions, communications, agreements, due diligence, legal compliance, and conduct. The specific responsibilities below apply in addition to all other obligations in these Terms.
5.1 Tenants
Tenants may browse, search, save, compare, and enquire about Listings, subject to these Terms and any feature limits that apply to the Platform.
Tenants must independently verify the identity and authority of a Landlord or Agent, the address and condition of the property, rent and deposit amounts, utilities, occupation date, house rules, repair obligations, and all other Rental Agreement terms before signing or paying anything.
Tenants should request a written Rental Agreement and written receipts for any off-platform payment. NestZim does not issue receipts for Rental Payments and cannot confirm whether a User has paid another User.
5.2 Landlords
Landlords must have the legal right and authority to advertise and let the property they list. If a Landlord is acting for an owner or another lawful lessor, the Landlord must have that person's authority and must provide evidence if requested by NestZim.
Landlords are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and currency of their Listings, and for complying with all laws that apply to letting, occupation, safety, repairs, taxes, deposits, rent, notices, and eviction processes.
Landlords must not request Rental Payments by pretending that NestZim holds, approves, secures, guarantees, processes, or refunds those payments.
5.3 Agents and property professionals
Agents must hold all registrations, licences, approvals, and authorities required by Applicable Law for the services they provide. Where required, Agents must provide licence or registration details during registration or verification.
Agents must clearly disclose their role, the person or entity they represent, any agency fees or commissions they charge, and whether any fee is payable by a Tenant or Landlord.
NestZim may request proof of licensing, authorisation, identity, or agency appointment and may suspend Agent features where information is missing, expired, misleading, or disputed.
6. Verification, checks, and due diligence
NestZim may, but is not required to, conduct identity, phone, email, licence, document, ownership, fraud, listing quality, or other checks. Any verification badge, label, review, score, or status shown on the Platform is a Platform feature only and is not a guarantee that a User is trustworthy, legally authorised, financially sound, or that a property is available, safe, compliant, or suitable.
Users remain responsible for their own checks. NestZim is not liable because a User relied on a badge, label, review, status, document, message, or Listing that later proves to be inaccurate, forged, incomplete, expired, fraudulent, or misleading, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.
• Landlords and Agents should be prepared to show proof of identity, ownership, authority to let, agency appointment, or licence where appropriate.
• Tenants should physically inspect the property where possible, confirm the person receiving money is authorised, and avoid pressure to pay before adequate checks are completed.
• All Users should keep written records of communications, agreements, receipts, inspections, inventory, and handover notes.
7. Listings and property information
• Listings must be truthful, lawful, current, complete, and not misleading by omission.
• A Listing must accurately describe the property, location, rent, deposit or expected upfront costs, availability, included utilities or services, material restrictions, property condition, and any important rules or risks known to the Landlord or Agent.
• Photographs and videos must show the actual property being advertised, must be recent, and must not hide material defects or use images of another property without lawful permission.
• Prices must be displayed in the currency shown on the Platform and must reflect the true asking rent or charge. Bait pricing, hidden compulsory charges, fake discounts, and misleading availability are prohibited.
• A User must not list property that they do not own, manage, represent, or have authority to let.
• A User must promptly update or remove a Listing once the property is unavailable, terms have materially changed, or the User no longer has authority to advertise it.
• NestZim may edit formatting, request supporting information, reduce visibility, reject, remove, archive, or suspend any Listing that violates these Terms, appears suspicious, receives credible complaints, creates legal or safety risk, or is otherwise unsuitable for the Platform.
8. Enquiries, viewings, inspections, and safety
The Platform may help Users send enquiries, exchange messages, request viewings, or share contact information. NestZim does not supervise or guarantee any viewing, inspection, meeting, handover, or physical interaction between Users.
Users arrange viewings and inspections at their own risk. NestZim encourages Users to meet in safe circumstances, verify identities, avoid carrying large amounts of cash, and keep trusted people informed about property visits.
• Landlords and Agents must not mislead Tenants about access, viewing availability, occupation dates, keys, or authority to show the property.
• Tenants should not treat an enquiry, viewing request, saved property, chat message, or verbal statement as a binding lease unless the relevant parties have agreed binding terms directly.
• NestZim may monitor, moderate, retain, or restrict Platform communications where permitted by law and necessary for security, compliance, support, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these Terms.
9. Rental Agreements and private arrangements
Any Rental Agreement is made directly between the relevant Users and not with NestZim. The parties to that Rental Agreement are solely responsible for negotiating, documenting, performing, enforcing, varying, renewing, terminating, and resolving disputes under it.
NestZim does not approve lease clauses, set rent or deposit amounts, decide who should get a property, determine whether a lease has been breached, recover deposits, collect arrears, authorise lockouts, or issue eviction notices.
• Any agreement about rent, deposits, utilities, notices, repairs, furnishings, occupation, co-tenants, pets, business use, subletting, damage, inspections, renewals, increases, penalties, or termination must be agreed directly between the parties and should be recorded in writing.
• A User who chooses to enter into a verbal or informal arrangement does so at their own risk and remains responsible for complying with Applicable Law.
• NestZim is not responsible for statements, promises, representations, or conduct made by a User outside the Platform, including phone calls, WhatsApp messages, cash payments, bank transfers, meetings, letters, or separate documents.
10. No facilitation of payments between Users
NestZim does not facilitate Rental Payments between Users. No money should be paid or requested on the understanding that NestZim will collect, hold, release, protect, guarantee, reverse, recover, or refund it.
Payments between Tenants, Landlords, Agents, property managers, owners, or other Users are off-platform private arrangements. They are not processed by NestZim and are not covered by any NestZim escrow, protection scheme, guarantee, insurance, compensation fund, refund promise, or dispute resolution process unless NestZim expressly publishes such a scheme in writing in future Terms.
• Do not send rent, deposits, viewing fees, holding fees, key money, utility payments, or other Rental Payments to anyone claiming that NestZim requested, endorsed, secured, or will refund the payment.
• If a User claims to be collecting money for NestZim, or asks you to pay a Rental Payment to a NestZim account, report it immediately to support@nestzim.co.zw.
• Users are responsible for confirming payment details, payee identity, legal authority, payment purpose, due date, refund terms, and receipts before making or accepting any off-platform payment.
• NestZim may investigate reports of suspicious payment requests, remove Listings, suspend Accounts, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with lawful authorities, but NestZim is not responsible for recovering money or compensating Users for payments made to other Users.
11. NestZim Fees, subscriptions, and paid Platform features
NestZim may charge NestZim Fees for subscriptions, promoted Listings, advertising, verification, analytics, additional listing capacity, or other Platform features. NestZim Fees are payable to NestZim and are separate from Rental Payments between Users.
Current subscription plans, feature limits, prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation options, and supported payment methods are described on the Platform or Pricing page. If there is a conflict between a Pricing page term and these Terms, the more specific Pricing page term applies to the relevant paid feature, unless prohibited by law.
• Unless stated otherwise, NestZim Fees are quoted in USD or the currency displayed at checkout and may exclude taxes, bank charges, mobile money charges, exchange fees, or payment processor fees.
• Where a paid plan auto-renews, this must be disclosed at or before purchase. You authorise NestZim or its payment processor to charge the applicable renewal fee unless you cancel before the renewal deadline shown on the Platform.
• Non-payment, chargebacks, failed payments, suspected fraud, or misuse of paid features may result in downgrade, suspension, removal of Listings, loss of promotional placement, or termination of the Account.
• Initial subscription purchases may be refunded within 7 days if no paid features have been used, unless the Pricing page states a different lawful refund policy or Applicable Law requires otherwise. Mid-term cancellations are not prorated unless NestZim agrees in writing or Applicable Law requires a refund.
• NestZim may change prices, feature limits, or subscription structures by giving reasonable notice to affected subscribers where required. Price changes do not affect fees already paid for the current billing period unless required by law.
12. Reviews, ratings, and user feedback
• Reviews and ratings must be based on genuine, first-hand experience and must be honest, relevant, fair, and not misleading.
• Fake, purchased, incentivised, retaliatory, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, private, or irrelevant reviews are prohibited.
• A User may not manipulate reviews by creating duplicate Accounts, pressuring others, offering rewards for positive reviews, or threatening negative reviews to obtain benefits.
• NestZim may remove, hide, label, restrict, or investigate reviews that breach these Terms, receive credible complaints, or create legal risk. NestZim does not promise to edit review content or resolve the underlying dispute between Users.
• Reviews are opinions of Users, not statements by NestZim. NestZim does not guarantee the accuracy of reviews or ratings.
13. Fair access, inclusion, and non-discrimination
NestZim aims to make housing opportunities more accessible by improving discovery, transparency, and communication. Users must support that purpose by treating others respectfully and by using the Platform lawfully and fairly.
Users must not publish exclusionary, hateful, abusive, humiliating, or discriminatory Content, or unlawfully deny, restrict, or condition access to a property or Platform feature on grounds prohibited by Applicable Law. NestZim may remove such Content and suspend or terminate Accounts involved in discriminatory or abusive conduct.
14. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the Platform, directly or indirectly, to:
• post false, misleading, duplicate, bait, unavailable, unauthorised, or fraudulent Listings;
• impersonate another person, entity, owner, Agent, Landlord, Tenant, NestZim employee, or NestZim representative;
• request, receive, or send Rental Payments by falsely claiming that NestZim collects, holds, guarantees, authorises, approves, processes, or refunds such payments;
• commit or facilitate fraud, theft, money laundering, bribery, corruption, cybercrime, harassment, unlawful eviction, unlawful lockout, or other illegal conduct;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, sell, reverse engineer, or systematically extract Platform data without NestZim's written permission;
• upload malware, spam, phishing links, harmful code, unauthorised advertising, or content designed to compromise security or privacy;
• interfere with Platform operations, security, accounts, payment systems for NestZim Fees, or other Users' use of the Platform;
• circumvent subscription limits, fees payable to NestZim, verification controls, moderation systems, or account restrictions;
• post Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, data protection, confidentiality, image rights, or other rights of any person;
• publish personal information about another person without lawful basis or consent;
• use automated bots, scripts, fake Accounts, or bulk messaging tools without written permission; or
• act in a way that damages NestZim's reputation, exposes NestZim or Users to risk, or undermines trust in the Platform.
15. User Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of Content that you lawfully submit, but you grant NestZim a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, resize, translate, moderate, distribute, promote, and otherwise use that Content for the purposes of operating, securing, improving, marketing, and supporting the Platform.
This licence continues for as long as reasonably necessary for Platform operation, legal compliance, backups, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legitimate business records, even if the Content is removed from public display.
• You must have all rights and permissions needed to upload and licence your Content.
• You must not upload Content that violates law, contract, confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property rights, or another person's rights.
• NestZim's name, logo, domain, Platform design, software, databases, workflows, copy, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to NestZim and may not be copied or used without written permission.
• Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used by NestZim without compensation or restriction, provided we do not disclose your confidential information contrary to law.
16. Privacy, data protection, and communications
NestZim processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Applicable Law. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, how we share it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to Users.
By using the Platform, you agree that NestZim may send you service messages, security alerts, account notices, listing alerts, billing notices for NestZim Fees, policy updates, and support communications by email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone, in-app message, or other contact method you provide. Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with Applicable Law and available opt-out tools.
• Users must not upload or share another person's identity documents, phone numbers, addresses, photographs, financial details, or other personal information unless they have a lawful basis and permission to do so.
• NestZim may disclose information where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, process NestZim Fees, prevent fraud, protect safety, enforce these Terms, comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and property.
• Users who receive personal information through the Platform must use it only for genuine rental-related purposes and must not sell, scrape, spam, harass, or misuse it.
17. Platform availability, changes, and beta features
NestZim may update, improve, suspend, withdraw, restrict, or change the Platform or any feature at any time. We may also introduce beta, trial, experimental, or limited-release features that may be changed or discontinued without notice.
We aim to keep the Platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available access. The Platform may be affected by maintenance, outages, internet issues, third-party service failures, device limitations, cyber incidents, or events outside our reasonable control.
18. Third-party services and links
The Platform may contain links, integrations, maps, messaging tools, analytics tools, payment processors for NestZim Fees, identity verification providers, hosting providers, or other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
NestZim is not responsible for third-party services, websites, content, failures, charges, or policies. Use of a third-party service does not mean NestZim endorses or guarantees it.
19. Reports, complaints, and takedowns
Users may report suspicious Listings, scams, payment requests, impersonation, harassment, illegal Content, privacy concerns, intellectual property concerns, or safety issues to support@nestzim.co.zw or through Platform reporting tools.
NestZim may review reports, request information, restrict visibility, remove Content, suspend Accounts, warn Users, preserve records, or cooperate with authorities. NestZim may decline to take action where reports are unsupported, outside our control, or better handled by the parties, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other competent bodies.
• Submitting a report does not make NestZim a party to a User dispute or obligate NestZim to recover money, enforce a lease, compensate losses, or decide legal rights.
• Knowingly false, malicious, or abusive reports may result in account action.
20. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Platform is provided on an as is and as available basis. NestZim makes no warranty or representation, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, about the Platform or any User, Listing, property, Rental Agreement, Rental Payment, review, message, document, or third-party service.
Without limiting the above, NestZim does not warrant that:
• Listings are accurate, complete, lawful, current, available, affordable, safe, habitable, or suitable for any particular purpose;
• Users are who they claim to be or have the authority, funds, licences, ownership, consent, or legal capacity they claim to have;
• a Tenant will obtain housing, a Landlord will find a suitable tenant, or an Agent will secure a transaction;
• any Rental Payment will be made, reversed, refunded, recovered, or free from fraud;
• any Rental Agreement will be enforceable, fair, performed, renewed, or free from dispute; or
• the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, virus-free, or compatible with every device or system.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, warranty, right, remedy, or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
21. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, NestZim and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, opportunity, rent, deposit, property, use, or business, arising out of or relating to the Platform, even if NestZim has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, NestZim is not liable for disputes, losses, injuries, damages, debts, refunds, deposits, arrears, property defects, unlawful acts, misrepresentations, fraud, theft, harassment, discrimination, eviction, lockout, or other conduct of any User or third party.
• NestZim's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the NestZim Fees actually paid by you to NestZim in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 100.
• The above limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
22. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NestZim and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, complaints, demands, damages, losses, penalties, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:
• your access to or use of the Platform;
• your Listings, Content, messages, reviews, documents, or representations;
• your breach of these Terms or Applicable Law;
• your Rental Agreement, Rental Payments, property, viewing, inspection, handover, lease dispute, or relationship with another User;
• your fraud, negligence, wilful misconduct, impersonation, unauthorized listing, or misuse of personal information; or
• your violation of any rights of NestZim, another User, or a third party.
23. Suspension, restriction, and termination
• You may close your Account at any time using available account tools or by contacting support, subject to any outstanding NestZim Fees and record retention required for lawful purposes.
• NestZim may suspend, restrict, downgrade, remove Listings, hide Content, disable features, or terminate an Account immediately where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, serious risk, illegal conduct, misuse, non-payment of NestZim Fees, breach of these Terms, repeated complaints, or conduct that may harm Users, NestZim, or the Platform.
• Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately. Content may be removed from public display, but NestZim may retain information where reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, safety, accounting, or enforcement.
• Clauses that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including clauses relating to User responsibilities, Rental Agreements, payments, Content licences, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution.
24. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any Platform dispute between you and NestZim are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Before starting court proceedings against NestZim, the parties must first try to resolve the dispute through good-faith written negotiations for at least 30 days after a written dispute notice is received, unless urgent injunctive, preservation, safety, fraud prevention, or other urgent relief is needed.
• If a Platform dispute is not resolved by negotiation, it may be submitted to the competent courts of Zimbabwe.
• Disputes between Tenants, Landlords, Agents, owners, or other Users about Rental Agreements, Rental Payments, possession, eviction, repairs, rent, deposits, or property condition are not disputes with NestZim and must be handled directly between those parties or before the relevant court, Rent Board, regulator, law enforcement agency, or other competent body.
• Nothing in these Terms prevents NestZim from taking urgent action to protect Users, the Platform, data, systems, rights, or property.
25. Changes to these Terms
NestZim may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected Users by email, in-app notice, Platform notice, or another appropriate method before or when the updated Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account, subject to any outstanding NestZim Fees and obligations that survive termination.
26. General legal provisions
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any Privacy Policy, Pricing page, subscription terms, community guidelines, or feature-specific terms referenced on the Platform, form the agreement between you and NestZim for use of the Platform.
• Order of priority. If feature-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the feature-specific terms apply only to that feature and only to the extent of the conflict, unless prohibited by law.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply, and the invalid part will be interpreted or replaced in a lawful way that most closely reflects its original purpose.
• No waiver. A delay or failure by NestZim to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your Account or rights under these Terms without NestZim's written consent. NestZim may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, sale of assets, financing, or by operation of law.
• No partnership or agency. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, fiduciary, landlord-tenant, broker-client, escrow, trust, or property management relationship between NestZim and any User.
• Force majeure. NestZim will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, cyber incidents, acts of God, strikes, civil unrest, regulatory action, or third-party service failures.

This appendix is practical guidance. It does not replace legal advice, does not create a NestZim guarantee, and does not make NestZim responsible for User-to-User arrangements.
• Be cautious if someone pressures you to pay before viewing a property, refuses to provide written terms, avoids showing proof of authority, or claims NestZim is holding money for them.
• Use written leases, written receipts, inspection notes, inventory records, and traceable communication wherever possible.
• Confirm property access, keys, ownership or authority, rent, deposit, utilities, repairs, move-in date, refund terms, and notice periods before making commitments.
• Do not share one-time passwords, account login details, sensitive identity documents, or payment PINs with other Users.
• Report suspicious Listings, payment requests, impersonation, or safety concerns through the Platform or to support@nestzim.co.zw.
